Comi Theme use Devnex Addons For Elementor and Elementor and it's strongly recommended you go through their knowledgebase: https://elementor.com/getting-started/

Notes about Elementor Page Builder:

• If you start building your content in Elementor, you can't switch to another builder; while plain text will still be accessible, elements & their corresponding styling will be lost when disabling Elementor

• The Comi theme is built for Elementor exclusively, so if you plan on using a different builder, this theme might not be suited for you

• Elementor Pro can be a powerful tool for any web developer, however, it's NOT REQUIRED to use the theme; all theme features and elements use Elementor Free and Devnex Addons For Elementor.
